'Allmen in Dire Straits' (AIDS) ICEA's team led Artistic Support for Cleveland HIV/AIDS Taskforce

ARK in Berea: The International Center for Environmental Arts (ICEA) was founded by David and Renate Jakupca in 1987 to meet the compelling needs of ordinary citizens for access to current, balanced, understandable information about complex global issues....including HIV/AIDS.

1993 In the Beginning;: According to archives at the International Center for Environmental Arts (ICEA), "ALLMEN IN DIRE STRAITS" (AIDS) by American Cultural Ambassador David Jakupca, was the first art work ever exhibited for a Cleveland Aids Task Force Booth at Case Western Reserve University in 1993.

It was loaned from the 1993 Worlds Aids Day exhibit being held in conjunction with the United Nations World Conference on Human Rights - Revised (WCHR-R) Exhibition in Cleveland, Ohio. David would later be critically acclaimed with the Cleveland Magazines 1994 Readers Choice Award for Favorite Cleveland Artist.

"ALLMEN IN DIRE STRAITS" is now in the collection of ICEA and arrangements can be made to loan it out.

We Have Come Along Way Baby!!!
